Supports senior investors and their teams by managing calendars, priorities, onboarding and offboarding, operational policies, talent processes, office space, seating, and day-to-day administrative workflows. Coordinates stakeholders, tracks deliverables, improves operational processes, resolves issues, and ensures team goals are executed effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Architect and maintain portfolio systems that translate investment strategies into executable trades. Partner with investors, traders, data specialists, and engineers to diagnose issues, improve workflows, enforce portfolio construction and risk-control standards, and oversee trade generation. Build scalable tools that validate portfolio behavior and capital deployment while communicating technical concepts across disciplines.

Executes systematic trades across global markets, evaluates market microstructure and transaction costs, and improves proprietary trading strategies and systems. Collaborates with researchers, technologists, analytics teams, liquidity providers, and vendors to enhance execution quality, reliability, and efficiency. The role includes extensive training, market interaction, process automation, and occasional engineering and analysis work. It is fully onsite in Westport, Connecticut, with nontraditional shifts covering Asian, European, or New York market hours.
