Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting), respond to guest issues, follow preventative maintenance schedules, service pool/spa per regulations, maintain cleanliness, assist moves and supply handling, and comply with safety/OSHA standards.

Support housekeeping by maintaining clean public areas, delivering and collecting linens, restocking supplies, assisting Room Attendants with cleaning projects and heavy lifting, reporting maintenance and safety issues, and following safety and cleaning procedures to ensure a positive guest experience.

Manage daily front office operations and lead the front desk team to ensure exceptional guest service. Oversee check-in/out, reservations, billing, staffing, training, cross-department coordination, cash handling, reporting, and compliance with hotel and brand standards. Provide coaching, resolve guest issues, and support recruiting and onboarding.

Lead hotel sales and marketing for assigned markets: develop and execute sales strategies, grow corporate and travel-account relationships, analyze sales data, prepare budgets and reports, plan regional sales trips, and meet revenue and room-night goals.

Maintain a clean, organized dining environment by clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables; restock supplies; assist servers by running food and refilling drinks; perform floor maintenance and other assigned duties; work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Sell and manage group room business for two boutique hotels through prospecting, negotiating contracts, coordinating cross-departmental execution, running site inspections, responding to RFPs, tracking revenue performance in CRM, and representing the hotels at events and trade shows.
