Teams at Bridges Public Charter School

Leads PK–5 English learner and ESOL services, coordinating schedules, staff, assessments, compliance, reporting, student supports, and limited direct instruction. Coaches teachers, develops language-acquisition plans and materials, supervises assigned staff, monitors student outcomes, engages families, and collaborates with school leadership. The role requires Spanish fluency, EL teaching experience, regulatory knowledge, strong organization, and culturally responsive communication.

Supports the full talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing, recruiting, screening, reference checks, recruitment events, and candidate selection. Builds talent pipelines through college partnerships, social media, job fairs, referrals, and other platforms. Administers the BambooHR Applicant Tracking System, maintains confidential employment files, collaborates with leadership on hiring strategies, and assists with job description updates.

Leads PK-5 English learner and ESOL services, including instructional program improvement, teacher coaching, staff supervision, compliance, assessment, data analysis, curriculum development, professional learning, family engagement, and High Intensity Tutoring management. Reports program outcomes and staffing recommendations to the Principal while coordinating required state and federal reporting.
