Provides employment re-entry education, job placement, retention, and advancement support for inmates. Builds employer relationships, develops job contacts and maintains a job bank, assists with resumes and applications, conducts employment counseling and budgeting instruction, verifies and monitors employment, audits files, updates records, coordinates transportation, and visits employers.

The Accounting Assistant supports the Accounting Department, handles A/P and A/R functions, maintains filing systems, and assists the CFO with reporting while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.

The Employment Specialist provides employment re-entry skills, job placement assistance, follows up on inmate employment, and conducts job readiness training. Responsibilities also include monitoring work schedules, maintaining an accurate job bank, conducting job interviews, and assisting inmates with resumes and applications.
