Supervise operations staff and inmate activities at a community re-entry center. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, evaluations, intake, security and safety procedures, inmate counts, facility inspections, emergency procedures, documentation, data entry, and coordination with clinical and facility leadership teams. Must ensure compliance with organizational policies while supporting the safety and welfare of inmates, staff, and visitors.

Provides administrative support for a residential community re-entry center. Responsibilities include client intake and discharge documentation, file maintenance, data entry, logs and rosters, invoices and petty cash, inventory and office supplies, audit support, vendor coordination, meeting minutes, mail and telephone handling, and maintaining administrative office cleanliness and compliance.

Provides employment re-entry education, job placement, retention, and advancement support to inmates. Develops employer contacts, maintains a job bank, assists with resumes and applications, provides employment counseling and budgeting instruction, monitors work schedules and employment documentation, coordinates transportation, conducts employer site visits, and leads job-readiness and safety training.
