Provides interim and project-based finance consulting for small and mid-sized clients. Develops financial models, forecasts, reporting packages, and cash flow projections; analyzes monthly results, budgets, variances, and key metrics; supports executive decision-making; and performs merger and acquisition analysis and due diligence. Consultants work onsite or remotely as part of client teams.

Develops new business for a management consulting firm by leveraging an established Houston network of executives, investors, attorneys, bankers, private equity professionals, and referral partners. Responsibilities include selling professional services, prospecting target companies, attending networking events, nurturing leads, building client relationships, and partnering with practice leaders. The role requires strong finance and accounting knowledge, C-level communication skills, self-motivation, and a demonstrated ability to generate opportunities through relationships.
