Designs and delivers production-grade enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, MCP, and Azure. Translates business needs into secure, scalable architectures; establishes AI engineering standards, evaluation, observability, and guardrails; leads architecture and code reviews; mentors AI, software, and data engineers; evaluates emerging technologies; and supports client workshops, demonstrations, solutioning, and presales.

Lead Salesforce and Agentforce solution vision across discovery, design, delivery, and handoff. Partner with executives and technical stakeholders, facilitate discovery workshops, own product backlogs and roadmaps, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide Agile delivery teams. Design scalable declarative and custom solutions, establish Agentforce guardrails, lead testing and enablement, manage risks, and support account growth.

Analyze and document capital markets reference data requirements for a platform replacement. Lead stakeholder workshops, define security, pricing, entity, issuer, portfolio, and fund mastering rules, review vendor mappings, assess downstream impacts, and create specifications, process flows, data dictionaries, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Use SQL and Excel for profiling, reconciliation, mapping validation, and root-cause analysis. Partner with QA on testing, support UAT, manage requirements, and communicate dependencies and risks.
