Teams at Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics (BEAM)

Leads BEAM’s Los Angeles summer math programs, overseeing team management, student enrollment, school and family partnerships, staffing, site contracts, logistics, budgets, and compliance. Serves annually as a summer Site Director, managing camp staff, training, student support, family engagement, and program evaluation. Collaborates on STEM enrichment, college access, recruitment, and continuous program improvement. The role requires substantial experience in summer camp or school leadership, personnel management, coaching, and service to low-income communities.
