The Sales Specialist will drive occupancy and sales by supporting marketing efforts, engaging with prospective residents, and executing sales strategies across multiple communities.

Drive occupancy and brand consistency across a 19+ community portfolio by translating corporate strategy into local execution. Manage integrated campaigns (digital, social, email, print, events), social media, website content, marketing automation, materials, photography, and event coordination. Partner with operations, sales, leaders, and agencies, track budgets and analytics, support acquisitions and onboarding, and deliver sales enablement and reputation management to generate leads and grow occupancy.

As a Financial Analyst, you will manage financial reporting, loan compliance, and investor reporting while collaborating with various teams. Key tasks include monitoring loan documents and developing analytical reports to support decision-making.
