Provide paralegal support for fund and corporate legal work: draft and maintain fund documents, manage entity records and KYC, triage vendor contracts and NDAs, assist subpoena responses, handle document execution and invoices, maintain templates and reports, and help explore/implement AI tools to automate routine tasks.

The Vice President of Corporate Accounting oversees financial reporting, manages teams, ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, and drives process improvements.

Lead and develop a 4-5 person AP team to manage full-cycle accounts payable with automation, strong controls, payments execution, working capital optimization, reconciliations, and cross-functional process improvements.
