Deploy and support the FarSpan platform in secure government environments, managing requests, configurations, access, data transfers, health checks, monitoring, and status reporting. Follow and improve runbooks, document results, escalate issues, and maintain an operational improvement backlog. Collaborate with product teams to translate recurring challenges into platform enhancements. The role requires technical troubleshooting, procedural accuracy, clear documentation, and occasional travel to customer sites.

Supports the company’s onsite IT environment, including identity systems, Microsoft 365, endpoints, cloud services, networks, and security controls. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, Entra ID and Intune administration, firewall and DNS support, scripting and automation, change management, documentation, compliance support, technology evaluation, and cross-functional technical assistance. The role will progressively own technology areas and initiatives while improving reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Designs, develops, implements, and maintains relational and object-oriented databases, database parsers, loading software, schemas, queries, and scripts. Establishes database architecture and makes tradeoffs involving performance, security, distribution, retention, and data volumes. Supports requirements development through system acceptance and operational capability, contributes to DevSecOps development, evaluates system improvements, and provides training and technical documentation for intelligence-focused applications.
