Supports the company’s onsite IT environment, including identity systems, Microsoft 365, endpoints, cloud services, networks, and security controls. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, Entra ID and Intune administration, firewall and DNS support, scripting and automation, change management, documentation, compliance support, technology evaluation, and cross-functional technical assistance. The role will progressively own technology areas and initiatives while improving reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Provides continuous operational situational awareness during 12-hour watch shifts for public health and medical security events. Monitors, analyzes, tracks, and disseminates incident information; coordinates information and resource requests; prepares alerts, reports, briefings, and leadership updates; maintains readiness for continuity and emergency operations; supports exercises; operates communications systems; and logs communications outages.

Leads government mission engagements across product and engineering teams, owning customer outcomes, problem definition, stakeholder relationships, priorities, and delivery in operational environments. Establishes ground truth through data and user engagement, translates mission needs into prioritized work, resolves blockers, adapts plans based on evidence, and feeds field lessons into product development. Requires direct customer engagement in classified environments and active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
