Coordinates school back-office operations, including enrollment, student records, document collection, attendance, food service, procurement, inventory, vendors, events, and administrative support. Maintains compliance documentation, supports financial and meal program processes, manages supplies and technology assets, assists with facilities and security, and helps improve operational systems. The role works closely with school leaders, staff, families, vendors, and the Director of Operations to ensure efficient daily school functioning.
