Teams at Brick Bodies Fitness Services, Inc.

Lead daily club operations to ensure excellent member service and cleanliness. Supervise service desk, Little Bricks, cleaning crews, and contractors; handle hiring, training, payroll, banking deposits, simple maintenance, inventory, and club events. Enforce company policies, conduct inspections, and support the General Manager to build a high-energy, member-focused team.

Greet members and guests, explain and sell recovery services and memberships, schedule sessions, process payments, clean and maintain Infrared Saunas, CryoLoungers, and compression equipment, manage inventory and towels, follow policies and SOPs, and train/inspect staff on equipment use and cleaning.

Supervise and engage children in the Little Bricks area, maintain a safe and fun environment, enforce club policies, clean and sanitize play areas and assigned club spaces, interact positively with parents, assist general club duties, and support team leaders while upholding core values. Requires CPR/AED certification.
