The Market Director leads product strategy, roadmap execution, lifecycle management, market and competitive analysis, business development, pricing, positioning, forecasting, and new product introductions. The role builds business cases, supports sales and marketing enablement, develops customer and partner relationships, and coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, operations, and commercial functions. Travel to customers, distributors, trade shows, and field events is generally 20–25%.

Provides inside sales support for medical equipment divisions by coordinating customers, distributors, quotes, pricing programs, leads, CRM data, reports, demonstrations, trade shows, orders, and cross-functional follow-up. The role supports business development, distributor readiness, sales reporting, pricing administration, and customer service while maintaining accurate systems and relationships. Approximately 10% travel is required for trade shows, distributor meetings, sales meetings, and customer visits.

Lead downstream/commercial marketing for medical device and dental seating products: develop go-to-market strategy, messaging, launches, sales enablement, lifecycle management, demand generation, website/eCommerce oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, and sales.
