Build Brevo OS, an AI-native operating system for small businesses. Translate business needs into products, define users and data models, extend platform primitives, and ship production features. Work across product, frontend, backend, infrastructure, data modeling, and AI, primarily through coding agents. Decompose problems for agents, review generated code, maintain quality through testing and instrumentation, and improve systems in production.

Own enterprise customer success strategy, retention, risk management, renewals, and expansion. Build executive relationships, lead cross-functional execution, represent customer feedback, drive advocacy, and contribute to team enablement and process improvements. The role requires native French, fluent English, strong KPI ownership, enterprise account management experience, and a data-driven, proactive mindset.

Build and own scalable React applications and complex frontend modules. Develop reusable, maintainable code; optimize performance, rendering, bundles, caching, and load speeds; create comprehensive tests; manage monorepo workspaces; and improve build, deployment, and CI/CD workflows. Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and development teams to deliver reliable customer-facing experiences.
