Qualify and convert target North American accounts into enterprise opportunities by sourcing and researching prospects, outbound prospecting (cold email/call), setting meetings, collaborating with Enterprise AEs, and positioning Brevo.

Advise senior management on legal risks, draft and negotiate commercial and SaaS agreements (DPAs, NDAs), ensure compliance with GDPR, AI Act, CCPA and anti-bribery rules, monitor regulatory developments, support M&A due diligence, improve internal processes, and manage litigation and pre-litigation.
