Leads Advancement Services for a K-12 school, overseeing fundraising databases, gift processing, reconciliation, reporting, dashboards, prospect research, portfolio management, data governance, and process improvement. Manages Blackbaud Raiser's Edge integrity, partners with Finance and Technology, supervises staff, establishes operational policies, supports fundraising strategy, and ensures accurate, secure, and confidential advancement information.

Supports the Executive Director of Advancement and Advancement team through executive administration, calendar management, donor and prospect database support, fundraising reporting, event planning, correspondence, documentation, meeting notes, inventory, and logistics. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, judgment, multitasking, and proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM systems. Occasional evening and weekend event work is required.

Manages Brentwood School’s social media presence and weekly family email communications. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, capturing photos and video at school events, writing stories, responding to audiences, monitoring social conversations, maintaining brand consistency, producing graphics and short-form video, and updating digital displays, athletics calendars, and online gallery content. The role requires regular campus and event attendance, occasional evening or weekend coverage, and collaboration with departments and community contributors.
