Teams at Brentwood Country Club

Lead daily Recreation Department operations at a private country club: supervise staff, recruit and schedule employees, plan and execute events and programs (wellness, tennis, pickleball, swim, kids, camps, pool), prepare BEOs, coordinate vendors, ensure safety and member satisfaction, and support the Director of Recreation.

Perform routine manual and semi-skilled golf course maintenance: operate trimmers and walk-behind greens mowers, assist with fertilizing, aerifying, topdressing, bunker raking, hand-watering, debris removal, and basic equipment maintenance. Work outdoors, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
