Handle end-to-end accounts payable and travel & expense processes within the Procure-to-Pay function: verify and process invoices, meet KPIs, resolve queries with stakeholders and vendors, prepare reports, identify improvement opportunities, and support transition/migration activities.

Processes and verifies invoices, Accounts Payable, and Travel & Expense transactions accurately and within service levels. Collaborates with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries, identify recurring issues, and improve financial processes. Supports transition activities, standard operating procedure creation, compliance, and escalation of complex cases. The role requires finance or accounting knowledge, P2P experience, ERP proficiency, and strong English communication skills in a hybrid shared-service environment.

Own and improve the S&OP process across demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning. Lead supply planning, inventory optimization, KPI governance, planning-system management, supplier relationships, procurement strategy, cost savings, and risk mitigation. Manage and mentor planning and procurement teams while coordinating with commercial, finance, operations, and global stakeholders. Drive compliance, change leadership, continuous improvement, and measurable supply-chain performance improvements.
