Lead ANZ pharma business to achieve sales targets by developing country business plans and sales strategy, managing working capital, driving new business, strengthening supplier and customer relationships, overseeing CRM reporting and forecasts, and recruiting, leading and developing the sales team to maximize profitable revenue.

Manage sales, P&L, and stock/debtors for the savoury segment. Meet sales and margin targets, grow existing accounts, develop new business, implement marketing plans with suppliers, use Brenntag sales process, maintain CRM and reporting, and coach/lead the sales team.

Manage on-site metalworking fluid programs: sample and test fluids, maintain dashboard and inventory, coordinate recharges and changeouts, communicate recommendations to client and maintenance, purchase and store fluids, and ensure safe, compliant operations at the Keene, NH facility.
