The Associate Editor edits and develops research and policy reports, manages editorial production schedules, checks proofs, advises staff on style, and supports publication rollouts. The role collaborates with attorneys, social scientists, communications teams, designers, and copyeditors to translate complex legal and policy research into accessible content. Additional duties include evaluating publication proposals, editing multimedia materials, and contributing to Spanish-language digital channels.

Undergraduate intern supporting the Creative team with still and motion graphics, image and archive research, campaign and brand video development, and multimedia asset organization. The role also provides administrative support and opportunities to observe program meetings and events. Applicants must be organized, detail-oriented, independent, passionate about the organization’s issues, proficient with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, and able to submit a portfolio.

Supports the Communications Multimedia team with video shoots, camera, lighting and sound setup, footage ingestion and organization, sourcing visual and audio assets, and short-form video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro. The intern also researches social media trends, assists with administrative and research tasks, tracks feedback, meets production deadlines, and collaborates across teams. The role is in-person, 10–20 hours per week, and requires the ability to lift 40 pounds.
