Provide administrative, research, and operational support for the Elections & Government Program, including scheduling, travel and expense management, project tracking, meeting coordination, drafting memos and communications, stakeholder outreach, legal and news research, and cross-department coordination to advance program deliverables.

Support mid-level donor fundraising ($1K–<$15K) and fundraising operations: maintain donor/gift records, prepare lists and reports, coordinate events and outreach, conduct donor research, manage CRM logistics, handle donor inquiries, and support cross-team pipeline and stewardship activities to help raise $9–12M annually.

The Counsel will support state legislation efforts, conduct research, draft various policy documents, and provide legal support to advocacy efforts for a fair and equitable criminal justice system.
