Own and scale Brellium’s production platform and infrastructure supporting high-volume clinical-note audits and AI pipelines. Establish reliable, observable, cost-effective infrastructure patterns; improve CI/CD and developer environments; manage cloud and tooling spend; advance security, SOC 2, and HIPAA compliance; and consolidate identity, access, and device management. This founding engineer will define the platform roadmap, collaborate with engineering leadership, and improve productivity across the organization.

Manage a strategic portfolio of enterprise healthcare customers representing approximately $2MM in ARR. Drive renewals, upsells, account planning, executive relationships, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Partner with engineering and go-to-market teams to influence the product roadmap and develop customer success content. The role requires strong presentation, relationship management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills in an in-person startup environment.

Prospect and qualify healthcare-clinic leads through email, phone, and social outreach. Research target accounts and decision-makers, schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives, maintain prospect relationships, track activity in CRM tools, and meet pipeline-generation goals. The BDR will also refine outreach processes, monitor industry and competitor trends, and contribute ideas to improve sales strategy at a fast-growing health-tech startup.
