Own the enterprise product experience, including the web application, notifications, reporting, APIs, permissions, EMR integrations, and implementation processes. Lead product work from discovery through launch, partner closely with engineering and customer-facing teams, support enterprise rollouts, and convert manual implementation work into scalable product capabilities. Engage healthcare providers and administrators to inform roadmap priorities and technical tradeoffs.

Own the full enterprise healthcare sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through tailored demos, pipeline management, forecasting, closing, and customer handoff. Engage clinic CEOs, COOs, and clinical leaders to uncover compliance and documentation challenges, translate technical value into business outcomes, and maintain deal momentum. Provide market feedback to influence Brellium’s sales strategy and product development. The role requires structured discovery, consultative selling, adaptability, coaching responsiveness, and occasional travel.

Own and scale Brellium’s production platform and infrastructure supporting high-volume clinical-note audits and AI pipelines. Establish reliable, observable, cost-effective infrastructure patterns; improve CI/CD and developer environments; manage cloud and tooling spend; advance security, SOC 2, and HIPAA compliance; and consolidate identity, access, and device management. This founding engineer will define the platform roadmap, collaborate with engineering leadership, and improve productivity across the organization.
