Applies and removes casts, splints, traction, braces, and durable medical equipment; fits and educates patients; implements care plans within scope; documents clinical and billing information; maintains supplies and inventory; supports claims and office operations; and follows HIPAA, FDA, safety, and company requirements. Builds relationships with physicians, patients, and clinical partners while providing follow-up care and occasional coverage at other locations.

This role involves achieving revenue goals in healthcare sales, managing accounts, providing mentorship, and executing strategic business plans across Oregon.

Provide Tier II IT support: troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for Windows and Mac, log tickets, perform account administration in Active Directory and Office 365, assist with imaging and device provisioning, support mobile devices and MDM, escalate complex issues, ensure HIPAA compliance, and assist onboarding/offboarding.
