Lead two engineering squads building Breezeway's property operations product. Hire, coach, and grow engineers; own planning, delivery, and cross-squad coordination; set technical direction, architecture guidance, and engineering quality; partner with Product and Design to translate roadmap into executed work.

The Account Executive will develop the German market, manage the full sales cycle, build relationships, and exceed revenue targets.
