Serve as VP of Flight Operations and the 14 CFR Part 119.65 Director of Operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational control, and safety. Oversee flight operations policies, crew training and qualification, scheduling, OpsSpecs, FAA coordination, electronic records/flight planning security, budget and operational performance analysis, and manual integration. Approve OpsSpecs amendments, maintain authorizations, and act as Chief Pilot backup.

Provide frontline IT support for Breeze team members: troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues; manage user accounts and permissions in Azure AD and Microsoft 365; support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices; maintain asset records; assist with Teams and meeting-room equipment; monitor enterprise systems; perform installs, minor repairs, and project work; participate in rotating on-call and shift schedules.

Schedule and support initial and recurrent inflight training by managing class calendars, onboarding logistics, travel and lodging, training materials, instructor support, equipment availability, trainee enrollment in LMS/e-learning, graduation planning, documentation, feedback collection, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliant, efficient training delivery.
