Investigate and respond to chargeback claims, monitor fraud and chargeback trends, maintain card network compliance, tune fraud rules and work with vendors, reconcile payments, prepare monthly reports, and partner cross-functionally to improve processes.

Lead enterprise cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance programs; define security strategy; ensure regulatory compliance (privacy, aviation, PCI/SOC); manage risk assessments, incident response, third-party risk, and AI/ML governance across business units.

Lead and manage the Inflight Training & Standards function, overseeing new hire and recurrent flight attendant training, regulatory compliance with FAA/TSA, curriculum design, recordkeeping, audits/inspections, cross-functional partnerships, budget and workforce planning, and continuous improvement of safety and guest experience.
