Lead and deliver asphalt surfacing contracts across Fife and Tayside, managing schedules, budgets, quality and safety. Oversee operational teams and subcontractors, maintain client relationships, monitor financial performance, and implement process improvements to drive growth and profitability.

Support Territory Sales Managers by handling inbound customer enquiries, developing quotes, maintaining pricing and credit limits, following up leads, managing the sales pipeline, upselling/cross-selling, tracking KPIs, and ensuring process compliance to deliver excellent customer service.

Support road surfacing and highway maintenance crews by laying, raking, levelling and finishing asphalt, operating surfacing plant and tools, performing site preparation and basic maintenance, following safety procedures, working nights and across multiple sites.
