Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product roles: source passive candidates, build scalable hiring processes (with AI), manage candidate experience, provide data-driven talent insights, and strengthen employer brand.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning pipelines. Implement MLOps practices and optimize models. Collaborate on data pipelines and cloud deployment.
