Leads market-level safety and security programs across warehouse, delivery, sales, and merchandising operations. Responsibilities include injury and incident prevention, investigations, OSHA, DOT, and EPA compliance, emergency preparedness, safety training, security systems, vendor oversight, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement. Partners with operations, HR, Legal, sales, and leadership to reduce risk, improve safety metrics, support workers’ compensation and return-to-work efforts, and strengthen organizational safety culture.

Performs warehouse receiving administration for beverage and non-alcoholic products. Verifies purchase orders and receipts, updates item master data in the WMS, coordinates product put-away, schedules carrier appointments, assigns inbound trailers, reserves future delivery slots, and communicates with Supply Chain, Sales, suppliers, carriers, and warehouse management. Maintains receiving paperwork and ensures accurate inventory posting to the company’s primary business system.

Develops beverage sales through account calls, route coverage, sales presentations, merchandising, inventory management, brand education, promotions, collections, and customer service. The role supports supplier brand growth across territories and open routes, maintains account records and compliance, achieves distribution and volume goals, and may deliver products. Candidates need sales experience, communication and analytical skills, basic office software proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 45–65 pounds.
