Leads human resources, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, retention, workforce planning, employee relations, and equitable talent practices. Oversees HRIS administration, compliance, AmeriCorps program requirements, and audit readiness. Supervises talent and AmeriCorps staff while partnering with organizational leaders on learning, development, culture, change management, conflict resolution, and employee experience.

The Development Manager leads annual giving, donor retention, stewardship, fundraising campaigns, and development events. Responsibilities include creating multi-channel fundraising content, managing donor data and reporting, coordinating the Benefit Concert and other events, processing gifts, maintaining data fidelity, and supervising the Development Associate. The role builds donor and stakeholder relationships, supports organizational fundraising goals, and uses campaign performance insights to improve engagement and revenue.
