Lead valuation and governance of Operational Excellence initiatives: quantify benefits, track progress on executive scorecards, develop executive presentations, manage lifecycle governance, support planning and budgeting, and drive cross-functional adoption of value-realization frameworks.

Design and deliver production agent runtimes and multi-agent frameworks (policy execution, planners, state/memory, tool-routing). Implement reasoning loops (ReAct, CoT, ToT), safety controls, deterministic tool‑chaining, observability/evaluation pipelines, and scale platforms on Kubernetes. Mentor engineers, define SLOs and telemetry, integrate RAG/graph memory, and collaborate with product, data, and backend teams while ensuring compliance and PII‑minimization.

Lead technical product backlog and agile delivery across multiple teams. Define tactical vision, break down initiatives into epics/features, prioritize work, manage stakeholders, drive BAU support and process improvements, and mentor other product owners.
