Manage clients’ social media platforms and influencer programs, developing brand voice, content, campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement across major social networks. Collaborate with PR, creative, and digital marketing teams; analyze campaign performance; identify trends and collaborations; and respond to audiences in each brand’s voice. The role requires strong writing, editing, organization, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced hybrid agency environment.

Support day-to-day PR campaigns for travel and hospitality clients: build media relationships, craft pitches and media plans, assist senior staff, attend client meetings, and help secure impactful press placements while meeting deadlines.

Manages hospitality and travel PR accounts, serving as the daily client liaison and company representative. Develops media plans and pitches, builds regional and national media relationships, secures impactful press placements, leads client meetings, oversees junior account staff, supports new business efforts, and contributes creative campaign ideas. The role is hybrid and office-based, with occasional client travel and potential evening or weekend work to meet deadlines.
