Provide banquet service support including set up, service, and teardown of events; assist with buffet/coffee breaks; maintain stations and transport dirty dishes; follow banquet procedures and safety rules; work flexible schedules, lift up to 40 lbs, and maintain professional, guest-focused service.

Greet and assist guests, manage check-ins/check-outs using property management systems, resolve complaints, maintain knowledge of hotel services/rates, monitor front desk operations and communications, ensure guest satisfaction and security, and perform related administrative tasks.

Manage front desk operations, staff scheduling, guest billing and relations, training, and weekend/holiday manager-on-duty responsibilities. Oversee lifeguards, inventory and gift shop revenue, resolve guest issues, coordinate with other departments, and ensure property standards and service procedures are followed.
