Partner with Growth, Data, Legal, and Compliance to improve traffic, conversions, and acquisition efficiency while ensuring regulatory review. The role requires hands-on execution across marketing technology, content, paid advertising, and AI-driven search optimization.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will build predictive models for credit decisioning, analyze portfolio performance, and collaborate with teams to optimize loan strategies. This role focuses on driving credit quality and loss performance within the lending lifecycle.

Hands-on role supporting the full credit risk lifecycle: build SQL/Python analyses, dashboards, vintage and loss forecasting, monitor portfolio metrics, evaluate originations and underwriting strategies, and translate A/B test results into recommendations for senior leadership.
