As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you'll troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues, manage user accounts, and streamline internal processes while supporting global staff.

Manage a portfolio of advertisers, drive campaign success, and maintain client relationships. Advise on strategy, generate reports, and lead client meetings.

Validate and improve Brave browser quality across desktop and mobile. Create and execute tests, reproduce and debug cross-platform issues, use packet monitoring tools, work in open-source/GitHub, and collaborate with developers and privacy/security teams to ensure secure, reliable releases including crypto wallet and AI-related features.
