Teams at Brave Christian Schools

Leads volunteer teams at the Dublin Campus by recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and caring for members and coordinators. The role builds healthy team culture, fills serving needs, manages supplies and resources, prepares teams for Sundays and events, and ensures a welcoming, organized volunteer experience. It also develops coordinators, communicates expectations, evaluates team effectiveness, and provides on-site weekly leadership.

Lead strategic vision, growth, and executive oversight of the preschool program. Ensure financial health, compliance with California Title 22, and safety systems. Develop and manage senior preschool leadership, staffing, budgets, enrollment strategy, and community partnerships. Report to Executive of Schools and approve major contracts and policies.
