Manage moderate to complex geotechnical, special inspection, and construction materials testing projects. Lead project teams, develop scopes, prepare proposals and engineering reports, perform analyses, manage scope/schedule/budget, mentor junior staff, maintain client and vendor relationships, and ensure health and safety compliance. Travel up to 25%.

Perform field and laboratory geotechnical and materials testing, prepare proposals and engineering reports, manage basic projects, observe construction, maintain client communication, and gain experience toward PE licensure. Significant field work (~50%) and occasional travel required.
