Leads environmental assessment and remediation projects from proposal and budgeting through fieldwork, regulatory coordination, reporting, and closeout. Manages Phase I and II ESAs, spill response, soil, vapor, and groundwater investigations, remediation sites, subcontractors, field staff, client communications, and regulatory documents. Provides cost estimates, directs project resources, mentors junior staff, and ensures projects remain on schedule and within budget while complying with Texas environmental programs.

Manages complex geotechnical, special inspection, and construction materials testing projects. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, leading technical teams, preparing proposals and engineering reports, managing scope, schedules, and budgets, performing engineering analyses, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring safety compliance. The role requires travel up to 25%, professional engineering licensure or eligibility, and periodic lifting of 50–75 pounds.

Conduct geotechnical observations, construction inspections, laboratory testing, engineering analyses, and project reporting. Manage small to medium construction materials testing projects, prepare proposals and engineering reports, communicate with clients, develop solutions, and mentor less experienced personnel. The role requires field and jobsite work, safety compliance, limited travel, and collaboration with senior engineers. Candidates need a civil or geotechnical engineering degree, consulting experience, EIT certification, and eligibility for PE licensure.
