Leads natural resources and environmental compliance projects, including permitting, regulatory reviews, water resources, stormwater, protected species, and environmental assessments. Manages project scope, schedules, budgets, proposals, client relationships, and business development. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, mentors junior staff, provides technical training, and conducts occasional fieldwork and regional or national travel.

Coordinates end-to-end proposal development, including gathering technical content, writing and editing materials, managing reviews, ensuring compliance, tracking submissions, and maintaining proposal libraries. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. Supports marketing initiatives through content creation, market research, success stories, social media content, and other collateral. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the Bloomington, Minnesota office.

Leads end-to-end proposal development, coordinating technical teams and subject matter experts to create accurate, persuasive submissions. Oversees proposal content, tracking, formatting, presentations, and process improvements while mentoring proposal coordinators. Supports marketing strategy, campaigns, content creation, market research, collateral development, database maintenance, and marketing metrics analysis. Requires strong communication, project management, editing, and marketing skills, with experience in engineering or construction proposals.
