Performs geotechnical and materials field and laboratory testing, prepares proposals and engineering reports, manages basic projects, observes construction, communicates with clients, and develops engineering solutions. The role requires frequent field work, occasional travel, physical lifting, a civil engineering degree, and EIT certification or the ability to obtain it within six months.

Administers legal department contract management, intake, workflows, technology platforms, business licensing, vendor invoices, and operational processes. Develops procedures, training materials, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; supports legal personnel, strategic initiatives, M&A due diligence, corporate governance, and cross-functional projects. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, and project-management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Leads civil and geotechnical engineering projects, including proposals, analysis, design calculations, reports, recommendations, and client communications. Reviews engineering work, manages project teams, coordinates with engineers and technicians, reviews drawings, prepares field reports, and resolves complex technical problems. Supervises and mentors junior staff, supports business development, ensures compliance with safety procedures, and applies company and industry methodologies.
