Lead pavement and transportation projects including proposals, scopes, budgets, and client relationships. Perform pavement analysis, thickness design, rehabilitation strategies, Superpave mix recommendations, FWD/GPR data analysis, subsurface investigations, soil classification, and condition assessments. Mentor junior staff, support pavement management and multi-year planning, and deliver technical reports and construction recommendations.

Perform environmental site assessments, collect and screen soil, groundwater, and building material samples, oversee remediation and monitoring to meet regulatory compliance, analyze and document test results, assist with data collection and reporting, and coordinate with project managers and clients.

Lead and manage geotechnical and construction-related projects: supervise field technicians, perform soil/concrete/aggregate testing, prepare reports, coordinate resources and vendors, manage scope/schedule/costs, ensure client specifications and stakeholder relationships, and oversee project documentation and risk mitigation.
