Supervises hospital-wide clinical operations during evening or weekend shifts, supporting inpatient and residential patient care. Collaborates with charge nurses and mental health workers, manages behavioral emergencies, coordinates incident response, provides staff coaching, ensures patient safety, and completes verbal and written handoffs and executive reports. Performs or oversees triage, physical assessments, post-event evaluations, and care decisions related to holds, seclusion, and involuntary medication events.
