Manage CRM/ERM integration, WordPress website, email automation, and event systems; enforce data governance and privacy (GDPR/CCPA); evaluate and implement AI-driven marketing tools; oversee CRM Specialist and cross-functional teams; deliver actionable relationship intelligence for business development; drive platform implementations, user enablement, and marketing performance measurement.

Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to Principals, including travel coordination, calendar and expense management, meeting preparation, project start and billing support, cross-functional coordination with Accounting/Legal/Marketing, event planning, reception/back-up duties, and occasional facilities support in a fast-paced professional services environment.
