Coordinates a Hepatitis C program by planning and evaluating services, supervising and training staff, managing community and funding relationships, maintaining quality controls, implementing policies, and supporting outreach strategies. The role also involves driving to provide supervision and capacity building.

Supports individuals in addiction or mental health recovery by teaching coping, self-care, problem-solving, and wellness strategies. Helps clients establish recovery support systems, articulate personal goals, build community and employment-related social skills, complete wellness plans, and access outside resources. The specialist also models recovery practices, facilitates individual and group support, and provides encouragement and empowerment in a drop-in center setting.

Leads the organization’s human resources function, including employee relations, policy administration, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, performance management, HRIS transactions, compliance, employee engagement, reporting, and annual HR programs. Advises leadership and employees on workplace matters, manages confidential information, oversees recruitment and screening processes, administers benefits and training, and ensures accurate personnel records and HR operations.
