Process end-to-end fortnightly and ad hoc payroll for Australia and New Zealand, including wages, deductions, reimbursements, terminations, compliance filings, reconciliations, reporting, and employee queries. Maintain confidential personnel and payroll records, support onboarding and offboarding, conduct audits, and assist with process improvements and payroll projects. Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand legislation, taxation requirements, awards, and organisational policies.

Leads Brandt New Zealand’s national product support and aftersales operation, overseeing technical support, parts planning, logistics, warranty, field service, training, and customer experience. The role drives profitability, operational excellence, service standards, reliability improvements, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while leading geographically dispersed teams and collaborating with branches, suppliers, and John Deere.

Manage and grow an assigned agricultural equipment sales territory by developing customer relationships, promoting John Deere and other equipment solutions, conducting visits and demonstrations, identifying new business, meeting sales targets, tracking territory information, monitoring competitors, and collaborating with Parts, Service, and Branch teams. The role serves farmers, contractors, and commercial operators and includes customer events and industry functions.
