Analyzes ground laboratory and open-air flight test data for avionics, sensor, radar, and electronic warfare systems. Develops Python-based data processing pipelines, correlates TSPI and telemetry data, decodes avionics buses, evaluates system performance, identifies anomalies, and produces verification metrics, technical reports, and executive briefings supporting test and acquisition decisions.

Supports Foreign Military Sales programs by assisting case managers, program managers, and team leads with analyzing and managing FMS casework. Ensures compliance with the Arms Export Control Act, Security Assistance Management Manual, ITAR, and DoD acquisition policies. Communicates with staff, customers, and organizational stakeholders, performs duties independently, and uses Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Project, and Adobe Acrobat. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and substantial relevant experience.

Provides financial management and project support for Department of the Navy programs. Responsibilities include tracking budgets, schedules, obligations, expenditures, burn rates, and variances; reconciling funding in Navy ERP; preparing financial reports and briefings; supporting spend plans and strategic funding decisions; and ensuring compliance with DoD, FAR, NAVAIR, and command policies. The role also supports meetings, action tracking, and government project leads, with approximately 10 weeks of travel.
