Provides bilingual Japanese-English engineering liaison, translation, and coordination support for U.S.-Japan research, development, test, and evaluation programs involving autonomous and remote platforms. Translates technical documentation, supports architecture and systems engineering communications, participates in coordination meetings, captures decisions and issues, and assists government and Foreign Military Sales stakeholders. Requires travel to domestic and international locations, an active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and extensive engineering experience.

Supports cybersecurity operations across information systems by implementing and monitoring security controls, conducting vulnerability assessments and audits, responding to incidents, maintaining accreditation documentation, and integrating security into DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines. Provides technical guidance, security training, compliance support, and risk management assistance while coordinating with system owners, cybersecurity leadership, and technical teams.

Leads lifecycle logistics and supply chain management for mission-critical defense programs. Responsibilities include material support, supplier coordination, inventory and spares management, procurement oversight, readiness planning, technical documentation, audit compliance, executive reporting, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates engineering, maintenance, supply, and program teams while ensuring compliance with DoD, FAR, DFARS, U.S. Navy, and NAVSUP requirements.
