Leads Brandeis University's DISC Post-Award Office and provides university-wide oversight of sponsored-project administration from award activation through closeout. Directs staff, portfolios, policies, financial management, compliance, forecasting, reporting, systems governance, training, and process improvement. Serves as the senior escalation point for complex post-award matters and collaborates with academic and central administrative leaders to improve research administration services, controls, and operational efficiency.

Directs Brandeis University’s Upward Bound program for first-generation and low-income high school students. Responsibilities include recruiting and advising students, engaging families, supervising staff and mentors, developing academic and summer activities, managing budgets, tracking outcomes, ensuring federal compliance, and building partnerships with the high school, community organizations, and university departments.

Oversee undergraduate academic and faculty-related operations for assigned departments and programs. Manage curriculum planning, course assignments, registration processes, academic records, calendars, awards, thesis defenses, faculty searches, and tenure and promotion cases. Provide guidance to students and faculty, prepare reports and data requests, coordinate meetings and academic events, and recommend process improvements. Support department chairs, advising heads, faculty, students, and cross-functional university groups.
