Manage financial and operational administration for a 60-person research institute with ~$8M annual spending. Oversee budgets, monthly financial analyses for grants, gifts and endowments, liaise with centralized finance units, supervise one coordinator for communications, develop meeting agendas and track action items, and support post-award administration and grant budgeting while working closely with faculty and institute leadership.

Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects for the EVP for Finance and Administration: develop plans, track progress, remove barriers, prepare executive communications, drive process improvements, support policy and change efforts, coordinate leaders across campus, and manage executive scheduling and confidential matters to advance institutional priorities.

Part-time (20 hrs/week) undergraduate summer intern supporting the ECKS-O study: assist with field and remote survey data collection, quality control, quantitative and qualitative analysis, transcription proofreading, presentation prep, and project administrative tasks. Attend meetings and record action items.
