Develops and leads student community engagement, service, and leadership programs, including VolunteerFest, MLK Day of Service, mentoring, alternative breaks, and service awards. Advises student leaders, builds campus-community partnerships, oversees risk management and compliance, manages budgets and events, supports strategic planning, and supervises professional staff, graduate assistants, student employees, and interns. Requires occasional evening and weekend work.

Develop a non-credit hybrid microcredential course on fundraising communication and development writing for Jewish nonprofit professionals. Responsibilities include creating a Brandeis-compliant syllabus, multimedia materials, learning objects, assessments, and substantive content; serving as the fundraising subject matter expert; collaborating with instructional designers and online staff; meeting LMS requirements; and submitting drafts for review and approval.

Leads Brandeis University's DISC Post-Award Office and provides university-wide oversight of sponsored-project administration from award activation through closeout. Directs staff, portfolios, policies, financial management, compliance, forecasting, reporting, systems governance, training, and process improvement. Serves as the senior escalation point for complex post-award matters and collaborates with academic and central administrative leaders to improve research administration services, controls, and operational efficiency.
