Teams at Brand New School

Leads the talent department across multiple studios, managing internal artist rosters, sourcing and booking freelance creative professionals, negotiating rates and availability, and allocating talent across projects. The role also develops talent strategy, mentors team members, maintains artist relationships and databases, anticipates staffing needs, and partners with production and creative leadership to optimize staffing and minimize burnout.

Owns creative production projects from kickoff through delivery, managing schedules, budgets, scopes, risks, and client communication. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams across design, animation, live action, editorial, and digital experiences. Serves as the primary client contact, translates feedback into creative direction, supports artists and department leads, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high creative standard.

Seeking a Motion Design Lead to create motion brand systems and guide projects. Requires collaboration, exploration of new techniques, and leading design delivery.
