Apply strong composition, typography, and design fundamentals while managing workflows, rendering, feedback, deadlines, and high-quality portfolio-driven creative work.

Create 2D and 3D designs, styleframes, motion concepts, and visualizations for varied content. Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, producers, and peers while responding to feedback, meeting deadlines, and maintaining efficient design, workflow, saving, and rendering practices. The role requires strong creative judgment, attention to detail, organization, and a portfolio demonstrating high-level work across content types.

Leads multidisciplinary brand, design, motion, and production projects from kickoff through delivery. Manages client relationships, schedules, budgets, scope, risks, resources, approvals, and project documentation while partnering with creative and production teams. The role also owns London team staffing and workflow planning, supports team collaboration, and contributes to process improvements across global studios.
