The Senior Accountant supports financial close and reporting through journal entries, reconciliations, US GAAP compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and technical accounting. The role designs and documents scalable accounting processes, identifies automation opportunities, resolves process gaps, and leads accounting projects. It also partners with finance, treasury, data, and other teams to implement systems and solutions while representing accounting to internal and external stakeholders.

Provide B2B enterprise support by troubleshooting integrations, coordinating with internal teams, resolving technical issues using support tools, offering phone callbacks, and identifying product or operational improvements to support retention.

Implements and maintains GCP cloud infrastructure, builds automation, troubleshoots infrastructure and observability issues, supports incident response, and improves scalability, security, availability, monitoring, and compliance. Collaborates across technology and business teams on workflow automation and participates in on-call rotations, outage response, documentation, metrics, and sprint processes.
