Own Branch’s end-to-end recruiting function, including hiring manager intakes, sourcing, screening, interview design, panel calibration, offers, closing, reporting, and candidate experience. Administer and improve Ashby, build AI-enabled recruiting workflows in Claude, and partner with People Operations, Finance, and executives on headcount, compensation, and hiring processes. The role carries multiple searches while developing repeatable systems, documentation, automation, and evidence-based hiring practices.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for strategic insurance agency and institutional technology partnerships. Build pipeline, navigate technical and executive buying committees, develop ROI cases, negotiate agreements, and close complex platform deals. Partner with Product and Engineering on integrations, manage post-launch adoption and expansion, and maintain accurate forecasts in HubSpot. Serve as an internal expert on enterprise sales strategy while coordinating onboarding and go-live with implementation, account management, and customer success teams.

Own month-end close, reconciliations, investment accounting, compliance filings, and recurring reporting. Apply AI and automation to streamline accounting and investment workflows while maintaining GAAP, statutory, regulatory, and internal-control requirements. Map processes, implement improvements, document and train users, standardize accounting for new insurance programs, and support a data-driven finance organization.
