Entry-level management trainee role combining sales, customer service, business operations, and team leadership development. The trainee will build customer relationships, develop solution-based selling skills, learn business performance and profitability fundamentals, and gain experience coaching teams. Successful candidates may progress toward managing their own automotive service location. No automotive experience is required, and training is provided.

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, build customer relationships, drive store sales and profitability, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. The role offers business training, performance-based earnings, and a path into management. Candidates should be competitive, driven, confident, proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated by leadership, advancement, and earning potential. Automotive experience is not required.
