Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering roles, partnering with engineering leaders and leadership to define roles, assess talent, and close candidates. Build technical talent pipelines, communicate the company’s product and opportunities, improve recruiting processes and employer brand, track recruiting metrics, and provide market feedback. The role suits an experienced recruiter comfortable with ambiguity, early-stage environments, candidate experience, and building scalable recruiting systems.

Prospect and close new enterprise business across the Central US region. Own the full sales cycle, including customer engagement, consultative technical conversations, negotiation, contract closing, retention, and renewals. Help shape go-to-market strategy, build trust with software engineering and AI teams, develop deep product expertise, and exceed revenue targets in an early-stage environment.
