Teams at Braintrust

Build and own Braintrust’s billing systems, including usage metering, subscriptions, entitlements, invoicing, credits, payments, reconciliation, and observability. Design scalable billing architecture, accurately measure product usage, support pricing models, and develop internal tools and customer-facing workflows. Partner with product, infrastructure, finance, and customer teams while maintaining billing correctness and customer trust.

Research and engage prospective customers through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Identify decision-makers and champions within enterprise accounts, meet monthly meeting targets, and contribute to revenue growth. The role requires staying current on AI developments and engaging technical prospects in meaningful conversations while managing multiple priorities independently.

Diagnose and resolve API and SDK issues in customer codebases, reproduce bugs, collaborate with Engineering on fixes, and communicate technical solutions through Slack and email. Create knowledge-base documentation, improve developer-support workflows and tooling, relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor peers. The role also involves scripting, debugging Python or TypeScript, supporting LLM-powered applications, and improving developer experience and product reliability.
