Drive first-layer engagement with professionals and companies across AI, Data, Design, Marketing, and Product in Toronto. Build and nurture relationships, support targeted outreach and CRM-driven campaigns, plan and execute events, collaborate with Growth/Sales/Marketing, and cultivate stakeholders, alumni, and advocates to grow BrainStation’s community presence and impact.

Provide Level 1 IT support, manage tickets to meet SLAs, maintain hardware inventory and repairs, facilitate new-hire device deployment, research and share new technologies, and communicate with team members. Support Mac, iOS, Android devices and use tools like Google Workspace, MDM (Kandji), JIRA, and Confluence.

Drive revenue by engaging prospective customers via outbound calls, emails, and video conferencing; promote BrainStation courses and events; build partnerships and community; collaborate with product and learning teams to tailor digital learning solutions and foster long-term relationships.
