Lead academic program managing ~100 students and 10–12 tutors. Track student progress, set and meet educational targets, develop strategies to improve learning and tutor effectiveness, monitor/report performance, and collaborate with staff to enhance the learning experience.

Drive Brainlynes regional growth by developing and executing regional strategies, building stakeholder relationships, representing the company at events, supervising market expansion efforts, and providing feedback to the central team to inform broader strategy.

Represent Brainlyne by sharing personal travel experiences, nominating qualified travelers through interviews, and collaborating with the team to propose and shape future trip destinations. Ambassadors earn travel credits, priority booking, and exclusive access to ambassador-only trips.
