Serves as a permitting and plan review domain expert for engineering, product, design, data, and go-to-market teams. Reviews permit applications, plan sets, submittals, and AI outputs; interprets building codes; identifies missing or noncompliant information; defines approval and revision criteria; labels examples for ML systems; synthesizes jurisdictional requirements; and develops rubrics, checklists, documentation, and benchmarks. Requires approximately 5+ years of hands-on permitting or plan review experience and fluency in applicable building codes.

Define Brain Co.’s motion vocabulary across brand, marketing, product demos, social, events, and film. Extend the visual identity into animation, establish product motion principles, create demos and films, and develop AI-assisted motion production workflows. This hands-on role requires producing finished work, building scalable motion systems, collaborating with product and brand designers, and defending creative decisions in critique.

Leads complex government AI deployments from pre-sale discovery through production adoption, overseeing client relationships, delivery planning, cross-functional execution, change management, and executive communication. Translates agency workflows into technical requirements, manages risks and dependencies, drives measurable outcomes, and converts deployment feedback into product improvements. Builds deployment playbooks, operating cadences, and future delivery teams while supporting renewals and expansions. Requires strong AI/ML and enterprise systems fluency, senior stakeholder leadership, and 30–50% travel.
