Define and execute mobile test automation strategy; own and evolve Python/pytest/Appium framework; run Android and iOS tests on real device farms with parallel execution; maintain GitLab CI pipelines; integrate AI-assisted tooling; analyze Allure/HTML test reports and collaborate with developers to diagnose and fix audio-related defects; maintain test specs and perform automated and exploratory testing.

Define test plans, schedules, and cases for firmware and mobile app validation. Perform manual testing, reproduce bugs, validate firmware-app integration on Bluetooth hardware, and use AI tooling to optimize testing workflows.

Provide hands-on IT support across macOS, Windows, and Linux; manage SaaS and enterprise apps, identity/authentication, AI workplace tools, hardware/onboarding, servers, virtualization, networking, backups, and datacenter/office IT while maintaining documentation and GDPR-compliant processes.

Develop and maintain automated audio testing tools and AI-driven test scenarios. Work hands-on with audio hardware and HIL setups, run automated and manual tests, analyze audio and voice performance, troubleshoot test infrastructure, and document test plans using Qase while collaborating with developers.
